One of my first tasks after joining the marketing team at Crownpeak was to put together email and social content promoting the company’s attendance at one of Europe’s largest retail exhibitions – Shoptalk Europe. The brief was to bring a more playful tone with connotations of the stunning sun-kissed setting in Barcelona, where the event was being held.
